How do I return an item?
Return Policy
At Designs By Chere', we pride ourselves in our professional workmanship and high quality materials. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and strive to make your transaction with us a most pleasant one. We warranty any defects of the products that are present upon arrival.
Any defects due to misuse or accidental nature will not be warranted. To receive a replacement item, exchange or full refund of any merchandise, call our service line at 1-810-333-3456 and receive an RMA number within 14 days. After 14 days, Items may not be returned. If after 14 days your item breaks or needs an alteration, we will complete those repairs for you as a service for a minimal fee plus shipping and handling. Please note that shipping charges will apply and any items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. If it is determined that the damaged item is due to mishandling versus production error, the item will be returned to you and not refunded or exchanged.
After you have received an RMA number, place this number inside the box with clear instructions as to what you would prefer: an even exchange, a replacement item or a refund. Place the RMA legible on the outside of the box and ship to Designs By Chere' 903 S. Latson Road #136 Howell, Michigan, 48843.
Please be diligent when ordering to mark lobster claw vs. toggle on necklaces and bracelets. Also, choose fishhook vs. post for your earring selections. If you decide after the arrival of your selections that you would like a different clasp or earring hook, you can send it back to us for alterations for a minimal fee plus shipping and handling.
